# LinkedIn API guide

## Start with LinkedIn

Research a public company or professional profile, then retrieve the relevant posts or profile sections. Company and member identifiers are not interchangeable.

These requests use your API key and can spend credits. Check the current price on the endpoint page; each new page is a separate request. Later examples use illustrative identifiers: replace them with values from your earlier response.

### 1. Resolve a company

Read the returned company identity before using its name as an entity match. [Parameters and current cost →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/company)

**linkedin/company**

```
curl "https://www.monocrawl.com/v1/linkedin/company?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.linkedin.com%2Fcompany%2Fnasa%2F" \
  -H "x-api-key: mn_your_key_here"
```

### 2. Collect company posts

Keep the returned continuation unchanged. Select a post URL for the detail lookup. [Parameters and current cost →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/company-posts)

**linkedin/company-posts**

```
curl "https://www.monocrawl.com/v1/linkedin/company-posts?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.linkedin.com%2Fcompany%2Fnasa%2F" \
  -H "x-api-key: mn_your_key_here"
```

### 3. Read a post with comments

Use a selected post URL. One comments page can be included at the normal post price; inspect comments_status and partial. A comments preview is not the entire discussion. [Parameters and current cost →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/post)

**linkedin/post**

```
curl "https://www.monocrawl.com/v1/linkedin/post?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.linkedin.com%2Ffeed%2Fupdate%2Furn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7500971887234097153&include_comments=true" \
  -H "x-api-key: mn_your_key_here"
```

## Choose filters with the source behavior in mind

| Control | Behavior and limits |
| --- | --- |
| Entity type | Company URLs and member URLs target different operations. Keep source identifiers alongside names when joining results. [Endpoint reference →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/company) |
| Company by website | Supply domain instead of url to check up to three indexed company pages against their returned website host. domain_lookup.exact_matches counts distinct native company IDs; exact_match_pages counts verified pages. verified_candidates includes checked IDs, names, URLs, websites and matched_urls. Aliases merge only when the source IDs agree. Distinct companies sharing a domain remain ambiguous; inspect error.details.domain_lookup and choose an explicit company URL yourself. This is bounded indexed discovery, not native LinkedIn company search or proof of domain ownership. [Endpoint reference →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/company) |
| Company continuation | Use the returned cursor instead of incrementing or decoding it. Keep the company URL with it; do not supply a competing page value. The declared page range is bounded and does not imply all company history. [Endpoint reference →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/company-posts) |
| Larger result windows | Profile posts, company posts, post comments and post reactions accept pages=1, 2 or 3 at their normal public price. The total deadline and spending limit still apply; inspect pages_fetched, partial and window_stop_reason. Keep pages, target and filters unchanged with the returned cursor. A short or filtered page can still have continuation. [Endpoint reference →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/post-comments) |
| Profile section lookup | Use a public profile URL or a confirmed member URN. URL requests resolve a matching public identity within the existing request limits. Only the identity is reused; a fresh section request still fetches its section. Empty sections are free and do not establish that a complete profile is available. Image and video cursors carry their continuation token; send the cursor back unchanged. [Endpoint reference →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/profile-experiences) |
| People search by URL | Supply search_url for a public LinkedIn people-search URL with keywords and supported single-value filters. Unsupported, multiple-choice, network or Sales Navigator filters are rejected before collection. This translates the search; it does not use a logged-in account or its private network. [Endpoint reference →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/search-people) |
| Profile coverage | A profile and its experience or education sections are distinct from recent posts and engagement lists. Returned section counts do not guarantee full historical coverage. [Endpoint reference →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/profile) |
| Discussion | Comments, reactions and reposts are different endpoints and populations. A comments_preview field on a post is only a preview. [Endpoint reference →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/post-comments) |
| Optional discussion bundle | include_comments=true keeps the normal post price and shared spending/time limit. If comments fail, comments_page is null and partial=true while the usable post keeps its normal charge. It does not promise every comment. [Endpoint reference →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/post) |
| Matching and completeness | hashtag matches exact tags in text on one keyword-search page. Returned counts are not platform-wide totals, and no additional pages are fetched just to fill a filtered page. [Endpoint reference →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/search-posts) |
| Already supplied detail | employees_count is a returned company headcount, not a location breakdown. similar_pages, funding and other optional fields are preserved when supplied; null means unavailable, not zero. [Endpoint reference →](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/company) |

Source availability, ordering and field coverage can change. Inspect warnings and partial-result metadata alongside the rows. See [runnable workflows](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/workflows), [metric semantics](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/metric-semantics), [computed fields](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/computed-fields) and the [pagination matrix](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/pagination).

## Match the operation to your task

| Your task | Endpoint | When to use it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| A member profile | [`profile`](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/profile) | Use a public member URL. top_position follows source display order; it is not verified current employment. position_skills contains only skills tied to supplied jobs. |
| Exact hashtag matches | [`search-posts`](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/search-posts) | Pass hashtag instead of query. Only matching posts in the returned search page are kept; follow continuation after an empty filtered page. |
| More member posts | [`profile-posts`](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/profile-posts) | pages=3 requests up to three pages within the normal price and limits. Inspect the stop reason and continuation; this is not a full archive. |
| Profile with posts | [`profile/full`](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/profile/full) | Use an /in/ URL for a person or /company/ URL for a company. Includes one posts page and explicit partial-result billing. |
| Discussion under a post | [`post-comments`](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/post-comments) | Continue a comments_page.next_request here at this operation’s normal price. |
| Member experience history | [`profile-experiences`](https://www.monocrawl.com/docs/endpoints/linkedin/profile-experiences) | Read a specific profile section and its own continuation. |

## Endpoint reference

## linkedin/comment-replies

`GET /v1/linkedin/comment-replies`

Available replies to a LinkedIn comment, with text, likes and author. Completeness is not guaranteed: sources can return fewer replies than a parent count reports. Inspect partial, completeness, total and has_more; null means unknown, not zero or complete. Continue only with a returned cursor and the same target. Source coverage differs by post identifier; some sources can only find parents among their first thirty listed comments.

*LinkedIn comment replies*

| Parameter | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `post_id` | yes | The post activity ID or supported LinkedIn post URL. Canonical https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:ugcPost:<id> URLs and typed urn:li:ugcPost:<id> identifiers are also supported for reply recovery. Activity identifiers require a verified mapping to the underlying post; conflicting identities are rejected. — e.g. `7356711184831574036` |
| `comment_id` | yes | The comment id from linkedin/post-comments — e.g. `7356889832989626368` |
| `cursor` | no | Page token from the previous answer |
| `dry_run` | no | Read a zero-credit estimate without fetching sources, running AI, or reserving credits. Cache status is a snapshot, not a guarantee at execution. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `judgments` | no | Add bounded AI labels to eligible returned records (default on). off preserves the original data shape. Unclassified records remain present; labels depend on evidence, time, capacity and the existing request budget. No label surcharge. Accepted values: on, off. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `on` |
| `label` | no | Set none to disable labels; default enables the endpoint’s label set. Equivalent to judgments=off. Accepted values: default, none. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `none` |
| `label_evidence` | no | Include exact supporting sentences and zero-based sentence indexes when a label has validated evidence. No extra charge or change to decisions. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `exclude` | no | Optionally remove confidently labelled engagement bait. Uncertain and unclassified records stay; removed IDs and an owner-bound recall reference are returned. Accepted values: engagement_bait. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `engagement_bait` |
| `fit` | no | Use goal to replace confidently irrelevant records with recall stubs. Keeps first, last, relevant and uncertain records; preserves order. Full evidence is stored for 24 hours when available. Accepted values: goal. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `goal` |
| `goal` | no | Required with fit=goal: describe the task in at most 600 characters. Supplied text is task context, never permission to act on posts. — e.g. `Find concrete product complaints` |
| `tokens` | no | Optional soft response target for fit=goal, 256–32000. Safety and evidence retention take priority, so the returned result may exceed it. — e.g. `4000` |

### Useful optional inputs

- `fit`: Use fit=goal with a task description to replace confidently irrelevant records with recall stubs and reduce agent context. No fit surcharge; full evidence is retained for 24 hours when stored, and the response size target is soft.
- `cursor`: Continue the same source traversal with the complete returned cursor. Saved-result retrieval and a new source page can have different prices; quote the next call.
- `dry_run`: Read a free estimate before fetching sources or scheduling paid work. Zero credits; cache status and availability are snapshots rather than guarantees.

**Cost:** 31 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.

```bash
curl "https://www.monocrawl.com/v1/linkedin/comment-replies?post_id=7356711184831574036&comment_id=7356889832989626368" \
## linkedin/company
`GET /v1/linkedin/company`
A company's public LinkedIn page: industry, size, headquarters, follower and employee counts.
*Company page*
| Parameter | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `url` | no | Company LinkedIn URL. Supply either this or domain; do not combine them. — e.g. `https://www.linkedin.com/company/nasa/` |
| `dry_run` | no | Read a zero-credit estimate without fetching sources, running AI, or reserving credits. Cache status is a snapshot, not a guarantee at execution. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `domain` | no | Alternative to a company URL: discover a bounded set of indexed LinkedIn company pages, then verify an exact returned website hostname. Existing price and limits apply. Ambiguous, missing or unverified matches abstain; this is not exhaustive company search or proof of domain ownership. — e.g. `microsoft.com` |
### Useful optional inputs
- `dry_run`: Read a free estimate before fetching sources or scheduling paid work. Zero credits; cache status and availability are snapshots rather than guarantees.
**Cost:** 5 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.
```bash
curl "https://www.monocrawl.com/v1/linkedin/company?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.linkedin.com%2Fcompany%2Fnasa%2F" \

*LinkedIn company affiliated pages*

| Parameter | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `company_id` | yes | The numeric LinkedIn company id (as linkedin/company answers it) or a company URL carrying it — e.g. `1441` |
| `dry_run` | no | Read a zero-credit estimate without fetching sources, running AI, or reserving credits. Cache status is a snapshot, not a guarantee at execution. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |

| `url` | yes | LinkedIn company URL. — e.g. `https://www.linkedin.com/company/nasa/` |
| `page` | no | Page number, 1 to 7 (the supplier documents up to seven pages); omitted = the first page — e.g. `1` |
| `cursor` | no | Continuation: the cursor from the previous answer (the next page number). Use it instead of page. — e.g. `2` |
| `pages` | no | Optional bounded collection of 1–3 source pages at the normal price, within one shared spending limit and total deadline. Default 1. Inspect pages_fetched, partial and window_stop_reason: fewer pages may fit. Continue using the returned cursor with the same pages and filters. Source order is preserved; this is not an exhaustive result set. — e.g. `1` |

- `pages`: Bound source-page collection using this endpoint’s documented limits. Read the existing page budget and inspect the quote; fewer pages may fit.
- `fit`: Use fit=goal with a task description to replace confidently irrelevant records with recall stubs and reduce agent context. No fit surcharge; full evidence is retained for 24 hours when stored, and the response size target is soft.
- `dry_run`: Read a free estimate before fetching sources or scheduling paid work. Zero credits; cache status and availability are snapshots rather than guarantees.

**Cost:** 4 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.

## linkedin/group-posts

`GET /v1/linkedin/group-posts`

Posts in a LinkedIn group with available text, media, engagement and author. Continue with the returned cursor and the same group and account; when a cursor is returned it is required for that source's next page. A page number alone does not switch an existing traversal to another source. Total collection size and completeness may be unknown.

*LinkedIn group posts*

| Parameter | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `group_id` | yes | A LinkedIn group id or URL — e.g. `62438` |
| `page` | no | Page number, starting at 1. With a returned cursor, omit page or supply the matching next page. A page number alone cannot continue a source that requires its cursor. — e.g. `1` |
| `cursor` | no | Opaque continuation from the previous response. Keep the same group and account; do not edit the token. Required for subsequent pages when returned. |

**Cost:** 5 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.

## linkedin/post

`GET /v1/linkedin/post`

One LinkedIn post: text, author, like and comment counts, with a short comment preview.

*Post details*

| Parameter | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `url` | yes | Full LinkedIn post URL. — e.g. `https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7500971887234097153` |
| `include_comments` | no | Set true to include one comments page within this request’s existing price, spending limit and total deadline. No extra customer charge. Inspect comments_status and comments_page; a failed comments lookup leaves the post available with partial=true. Continue via linkedin/post-comments at that route’s normal price. — e.g. `false` |

- `dry_run`: Read a free estimate before fetching sources or scheduling paid work. Zero credits; cache status and availability are snapshots rather than guarantees.

**Cost:** 5 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.

```bash
| `pages` | no | Optional bounded collection of 1–3 source pages at the normal price, within one shared spending limit and total deadline. Default 1. Inspect pages_fetched, partial and window_stop_reason: fewer pages may fit. Continue using the returned cursor with the same pages and filters. Source order is preserved; this is not an exhaustive result set. — e.g. `1` |
## linkedin/post-reactions
`GET /v1/linkedin/post-reactions`
Who reacted to a post and how, up to ten records per response: reaction type, name, headline and profile. Totals are source-reported and may include unavailable reactions. Continue with the complete returned cursor and the same post. A newly acquired source page costs eight credits; saved continuation pages marked next_page_credits=0 are free and expire after one hour. Source coverage depends on the supplied post identifier.
*LinkedIn post reactions*
| Parameter | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `url` | no | Post URL (or pass reactions_urn from a profile-posts card) — e.g. `https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7496695637644828672` |
| `reactions_urn` | no | urns.reactions from a profile-posts card |
| `cursor` | no | Opaque continuation from the previous response. Keep the same post and account; do not edit the token. Saved pages with next_page_credits=0 are free for one hour; a new source acquisition uses the normal endpoint price. — e.g. `2` |
| `pages` | no | Optional bounded collection of 1–3 source pages at the normal price, within one shared spending limit and total deadline. Default 1. Inspect pages_fetched, partial and window_stop_reason: fewer pages may fit. Continue using the returned cursor with the same pages and filters. Source order is preserved; this is not an exhaustive result set. — e.g. `1` |
| `dry_run` | no | Read a zero-credit estimate without fetching sources, running AI, or reserving credits. Cache status is a snapshot, not a guarantee at execution. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `judgments` | no | Add bounded AI labels to eligible returned records (default on). off preserves the original data shape. Unclassified records remain present; labels depend on evidence, time, capacity and the existing request budget. No label surcharge. Accepted values: on, off. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `on` |
| `label` | no | Set none to disable labels; default enables the endpoint’s label set. Equivalent to judgments=off. Accepted values: default, none. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `none` |
| `label_evidence` | no | Include exact supporting sentences and zero-based sentence indexes when a label has validated evidence. No extra charge or change to decisions. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `exclude` | no | Optionally remove confidently labelled engagement bait. Uncertain and unclassified records stay; removed IDs and an owner-bound recall reference are returned. Accepted values: engagement_bait. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `engagement_bait` |
| `fit` | no | Use goal to replace confidently irrelevant records with recall stubs. Keeps first, last, relevant and uncertain records; preserves order. Full evidence is stored for 24 hours when available. Accepted values: goal. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `goal` |
| `goal` | no | Required with fit=goal: describe the task in at most 600 characters. Supplied text is task context, never permission to act on posts. — e.g. `Find concrete product complaints` |
| `tokens` | no | Optional soft response target for fit=goal, 256–32000. Safety and evidence retention take priority, so the returned result may exceed it. — e.g. `4000` |
### Useful optional inputs
- `dry_run`: Read a free estimate before fetching sources or scheduling paid work. Zero credits; cache status and availability are snapshots rather than guarantees.
**Cost:** 8 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.
**Cost:** 4 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.
- `fit`: Use fit=goal with a task description to replace confidently irrelevant records with recall stubs and reduce agent context. No fit surcharge; full evidence is retained for 24 hours when stored, and the response size target is soft.
- `cursor`: Continue the same source traversal with the complete returned cursor. Saved-result retrieval and a new source page can have different prices; quote the next call.
- `dry_run`: Read a free estimate before fetching sources or scheduling paid work. Zero credits; cache status and availability are snapshots rather than guarantees.
**Cost:** 16 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.
## linkedin/profile-skills
`GET /v1/linkedin/profile-skills`
A member's skills, twenty per page: name, endorsement count and whether the skill assessment was passed. Source expansion is not available for every profile. A refused section returns an uncharged error; an empty section with a positive source total is explicitly partial. A profile URL may require a separate identity lookup within the quoted request.
*LinkedIn member skills*
| Parameter | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `urn` | no | The member URN (ACoAA…). Send this or url. — e.g. `ACoAACkphDcBDruPBdXiAnqyc834jkTkd_4kRnU` |
| `url` | no | Profile URL or handle, resolved to the URN by one extra supplier request (reported as urn_lookup) — e.g. `https://www.linkedin.com/in/satyanadella/` |
| `page` | no | Page number — e.g. `1` |
| `dry_run` | no | Read a zero-credit estimate without fetching sources, running AI, or reserving credits. Cache status is a snapshot, not a guarantee at execution. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `judgments` | no | Add bounded AI labels to eligible returned records (default on). off preserves the original data shape. Unclassified records remain present; labels depend on evidence, time, capacity and the existing request budget. No label surcharge. Accepted values: on, off. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `on` |
| `label` | no | Set none to disable labels; default enables the endpoint’s label set. Equivalent to judgments=off. Accepted values: default, none. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `none` |
| `label_evidence` | no | Include exact supporting sentences and zero-based sentence indexes when a label has validated evidence. No extra charge or change to decisions. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `exclude` | no | Optionally remove confidently labelled engagement bait. Uncertain and unclassified records stay; removed IDs and an owner-bound recall reference are returned. Accepted values: engagement_bait. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `engagement_bait` |
| `fit` | no | Use goal to replace confidently irrelevant records with recall stubs. Keeps first, last, relevant and uncertain records; preserves order. Full evidence is stored for 24 hours when available. Accepted values: goal. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `goal` |
| `goal` | no | Required with fit=goal: describe the task in at most 600 characters. Supplied text is task context, never permission to act on posts. — e.g. `Find concrete product complaints` |
| `tokens` | no | Optional soft response target for fit=goal, 256–32000. Safety and evidence retention take priority, so the returned result may exceed it. — e.g. `4000` |
### Useful optional inputs
- `fit`: Use fit=goal with a task description to replace confidently irrelevant records with recall stubs and reduce agent context. No fit surcharge; full evidence is retained for 24 hours when stored, and the response size target is soft.
- `dry_run`: Read a free estimate before fetching sources or scheduling paid work. Zero credits; cache status and availability are snapshots rather than guarantees.
**Cost:** 16 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.
```bash
curl "https://www.monocrawl.com/v1/linkedin/profile-skills?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.linkedin.com%2Fin%2Fsatyanadella%2F" \

## linkedin/profile/full

`GET /v1/linkedin/profile/full`

A real public profile plus one page of posts/videos, preserving original normalized component fields and source order. HTTP 200 may be partial: inspect complete, partial and legs. Failed profile: no posts requested, zero charge. Failed posts: profile retained and only that successful component charged. Cached components use the public cache-hit price. Computed fields summarize the returned page, including available engagement averages and observed posting frequency. Missing metrics remain unknown.

*LinkedIn profile with posts (one page)*

| Parameter | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `url` | yes | Public profile identifier. LinkedIn accepts /company/name or /in/name URLs. — e.g. `https://www.linkedin.com/company/microsoft` |
| `posts` | no | Desired page size, 1-100. Existing components choose their own page size; the entire single source page is preserved, even if longer or shorter, so no records are skipped between cursors. No automatic extra pages. — e.g. `25` |
| `cursor` | no | Opaque posts_cursor from the previous response; use posts_pagination.next_params to retain all required context. Unsupported component continuation is refused before calls. |
| `include` | no | CSV: posts and/or computed (default both), or profile alone. Profile is always returned. Computed is arithmetic over this page only, not an AI summary. — e.g. `posts,computed` |
| `pagination_token` | no | Pass with the cursor when the personal-profile posts page supplied it. Company continuation is rejected until its registered component supports it. |

Full evidence is stored for 24 hours when available. Accepted values: goal. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `goal` |

- `dry_run`: Read a free estimate before fetching sources or scheduling paid work. Zero credits; cache status and availability are snapshots rather than guarantees.

**Cost:** 15 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.

```bash
## linkedin/search-industries
`GET /v1/linkedin/search-industries`
LinkedIn industries matching a typed name, each with the id the people-search industry filter takes.
*LinkedIn industry lookup*
| Parameter | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `query` | yes | The start of an industry name — e.g. `Software` |
| `dry_run` | no | Read a zero-credit estimate without fetching sources, running AI, or reserving credits. Cache status is a snapshot, not a guarantee at execution. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `judgments` | no | Add bounded AI labels to eligible returned records (default on). off preserves the original data shape. Unclassified records remain present; labels depend on evidence, time, capacity and the existing request budget. No label surcharge. Accepted values: on, off. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `on` |
| `label` | no | Set none to disable labels; default enables the endpoint’s label set. Equivalent to judgments=off. Accepted values: default, none. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `none` |
| `label_evidence` | no | Include exact supporting sentences and zero-based sentence indexes when a label has validated evidence. No extra charge or change to decisions. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `exclude` | no | Optionally remove confidently labelled engagement bait. Uncertain and unclassified records stay; removed IDs and an owner-bound recall reference are returned. Accepted values: engagement_bait. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `engagement_bait` |
| `fit` | no | Use goal to replace confidently irrelevant records with recall stubs. Keeps first, last, relevant and uncertain records; preserves order. Full evidence is stored for 24 hours when available. Accepted values: goal. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `goal` |
| `goal` | no | Required with fit=goal: describe the task in at most 600 characters. Supplied text is task context, never permission to act on posts. — e.g. `Find concrete product complaints` |
| `tokens` | no | Optional soft response target for fit=goal, 256–32000. Safety and evidence retention take priority, so the returned result may exceed it. — e.g. `4000` |
### Useful optional inputs
- `fit`: Use fit=goal with a task description to replace confidently irrelevant records with recall stubs and reduce agent context. No fit surcharge; full evidence is retained for 24 hours when stored, and the response size target is soft.
- `dry_run`: Read a free estimate before fetching sources or scheduling paid work. Zero credits; cache status and availability are snapshots rather than guarantees.
**Cost:** 4 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.
*LinkedIn job search*
| Parameter | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `query` | no | Required for the first page (title is an accepted alias). A returned cursor can continue the original search without query. Preserve the original filters when continuing. — e.g. `data engineer` |
| `location` | no | Country or city; worldwide when empty — e.g. `London` |
| `organization_ids` | no | Organisation ids from jobs/linkedin/organizations — e.g. `1441` |
| `date_posted` | no | month, week or day Accepted values: month, week, day. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `week` |
| `employment_types` | no | contractor, fulltime, parttime, intern or temporary Accepted values (comma-separated): contractor, fulltime, parttime, intern, temporary. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `fulltime` |
| `experience_levels` | no | intern, entry, associate, midSenior or director Accepted values (comma-separated): intern, entry, associate, midSenior, director. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `midSenior` |
| `workplace_types` | no | remote, hybrid or onSite Accepted values (comma-separated): remote, hybrid, onSite. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `remote` |
| `cursor` | no | Cursor from the previous page |
| `dry_run` | no | Read a zero-credit estimate without fetching sources, running AI, or reserving credits. Cache status is a snapshot, not a guarantee at execution. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `judgments` | no | Add bounded AI labels to eligible returned records (default on). off preserves the original data shape. Unclassified records remain present; labels depend on evidence, time, capacity and the existing request budget. No label surcharge. Accepted values: on, off. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `on` |
| `label` | no | Set none to disable labels; default enables the endpoint’s label set. Equivalent to judgments=off. Accepted values: default, none. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `none` |
| `label_evidence` | no | Include exact supporting sentences and zero-based sentence indexes when a label has validated evidence. No extra charge or change to decisions. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `exclude` | no | Optionally remove confidently labelled engagement bait. Uncertain and unclassified records stay; removed IDs and an owner-bound recall reference are returned. Accepted values: engagement_bait. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `engagement_bait` |
| `fit` | no | Use goal to replace confidently irrelevant records with recall stubs. Keeps first, last, relevant and uncertain records; preserves order. | `goal` | no | Required with fit=goal: describe the task in at most 600 characters. Supplied text is task context, never permission to act on posts. — e.g. `Find concrete product complaints` |
| `tokens` | no | Optional soft response target for fit=goal, 256–32000. Safety and evidence retention take priority, so the returned result may exceed it. — e.g. `4000` |
### Useful optional inputs
- `date_posted`: Choose the documented source window for recent results; coverage can still be incomplete. The normal endpoint price applies; this does not buy a complete date archive.
- `fit`: Use fit=goal with a task description to replace confidently irrelevant records with recall stubs and reduce agent context. No fit surcharge; full evidence is retained for 24 hours when stored, and the response size target is soft.
- `dry_run`: Read a free estimate before fetching sources or scheduling paid work. Zero credits; cache status and availability are snapshots rather than guarantees.
**Cost:** 3 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.
```bash
curl "https://www.monocrawl.com/v1/linkedin/search-jobs?query=data%20engineer" \
  -H "x-api-key: mn_your_key_here"
```
| `geocode_location` | no | Compatibility alias for location. The canonical parameter takes precedence if both are supplied. |
### Useful optional inputs
## linkedin/search-posts
`GET /v1/linkedin/search-posts`
Search indexed public LinkedIn posts by keyword or hashtag. Index coverage is incomplete and can lag new posts; this is not an exhaustive live feed. Optional date_posted accepts last-hour, last-day, last-week, last-month or last-year. Continue with the returned cursor and unchanged filters.
*Indexed post search*
| Parameter | Required | Description |
## linkedin/search-posts-native
`GET /v1/linkedin/search-posts-native`
Search public LinkedIn posts beyond the external search index, with post links, text, dates, author and available engagement. Ordinary posts have no title; article.title is the attached article title. Author websites are included when supplied. Coverage is incomplete, source totals may change, and there is no exhaustive or real-time guarantee. Relevance order; dates filter the acquired page. For bounded author-location and public-contact enrichment, use /examples/linkedin-post-search.mjs with separately priced profile lookups and an explicit credit cap. Author location is not post origin. Existing indexed search remains four credits.
*Post search*
| Parameter | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `query` | yes | Keywords, 1–200 characters. Results use relevance order. Coverage is incomplete and freshness is not guaranteed. — e.g. `OpenAI` |
| `date_posted` | no | Source window: last-day, last-week or last-month (default). Keep unchanged with the cursor. Local timestamp filtering also excludes unknown dates and records outside the requested window. — e.g. `last-month` |
| `date_from` | no | Optional inclusive UTC date YYYY-MM-DD, applied only to the acquired page within date_posted. It does not expand historical coverage. Unknown dates are excluded and counted. |
| `date_to` | no | Optional inclusive UTC date YYYY-MM-DD. Same bounded-page scope as date_from. Empty filtered pages can still have continuation. |
| `cursor` | no | Complete opaque continuation from this endpoint, same account, query and filters. Expires one hour after the first page. Each further source page has the normal five-credit price; source totals can change. |
| `dry_run` | no | Read a zero-credit estimate without fetching sources, running AI, or reserving credits. Cache status is a snapshot, not a guarantee at execution. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `judgments` | no | Add bounded AI labels to eligible returned records (default on). off preserves the original data shape. Unclassified records remain present; labels depend on evidence, time, capacity and the existing request budget. No label surcharge. Accepted values: on, off. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `on` |
| `label` | no | Set none to disable labels; default enables the endpoint’s label set. Equivalent to judgments=off. Accepted values: default, none. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `none` |
| `label_evidence` | no | Include exact supporting sentences and zero-based sentence indexes when a label has validated evidence. No extra charge or change to decisions. Accepted values: 1, 0, true, false. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `1` |
| `exclude` | no | Optionally remove confidently labelled engagement bait. Uncertain and unclassified records stay; removed IDs and an owner-bound recall reference are returned. Accepted values: engagement_bait. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `engagement_bait` |
| `fit` | no | Use goal to replace confidently irrelevant records with recall stubs. Keeps first, last, relevant and uncertain records; preserves order. Full evidence is stored for 24 hours when available. Accepted values: goal. Case, spaces, hyphens and underscores are interchangeable. — e.g. `goal` |
| `goal` | no | Required with fit=goal: describe the task in at most 600 characters. Supplied text is task context, never permission to act on posts. — e.g. `Find concrete product complaints` |
| `tokens` | no | Optional soft response target for fit=goal, 256–32000. Safety and evidence retention take priority, so the returned result may exceed it. — e.g. `4000` |
### Useful optional inputs
- `date_posted`: Choose the documented source window for recent results; coverage can still be incomplete. The normal endpoint price applies; this does not buy a complete date archive.
- `date_from`: Exclude returned records older than your requested window where this endpoint supports it. Read the parameter scope: local filtering can reduce results without reducing source cost.
- `dry_run`: Read a free estimate before fetching sources or scheduling paid work. Zero credits; cache status and availability are snapshots rather than guarantees.
**Cost:** 5 credits at list price per successful uncached response; variable-cost operations may quote or settle a different charge. Confirmed uncharged or refunded failures report zero. Pending reconciliation can report credits_used:null; retain request_id and the original idempotency key.
```bash
curl "https://www.monocrawl.com/v1/linkedin/search-posts-native?query=OpenAI" \
  -H "x-api-key: mn_your_key_here"
