Search uses your selected, available platforms. Each API operation supports a specific set of sources. Monocrawl’s full platform catalogue is not the coverage of every Panorama request.

A sample comes with limits.

Source links, collection limits and missing data matter. A successful request can contain partial results. Review coverage before treating a sample as the whole conversation.

Review the quote before you run.

Search quotes a maximum based on platforms, depth and included analysis. API prices vary by endpoint. A reservation is not a final charge; use the receipt for settlement and any pending reconciliation.

What is a one-call social research API?

Panorama combines related lookups behind one endpoint. Send a brand name, creator handle or video URL to the appropriate workflow and receive structured JSON for your product, agent or data pipeline. Which social platforms can I research?

Creator research supports TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and Threads, with one platform selected per call. Brand mentions and share of voice default to Reddit, Hacker News, X, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, plus configured Bluesky. You can select a different supported source pool with platforms. Available supply, request limits and each source’s search coverage determine which can answer; the response reports those outcomes. Browse workflows and coverage.

How do I find what people are saying about my brand?

Use /v1/panorama/brand-mentions with your brand name and lookback_days. It returns matching posts and stories, mention and engagement counts, a daily timeline and original links. Counts describe the collected sample, with source limits and missing data reported in the response. Find brand mentions.

How can I evaluate a creator before a campaign?

Use /v1/panorama/creator-vetting with a platform and handle. It combines the public profile, recent content, engagement and posting activity. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube workflows can sample comments across multiple returned posts. Control the sample with posts_limit, comment_posts and comments_per_post, then inspect the original records and collection limits. Research a creator.

How is share of voice calculated?

Compare two to five brands with /v1/panorama/share-of-voice. It divides each brand’s sampled mentions by the total across those brands, using only sources that answered for every brand. Engagement shares use common sources with observed interaction counters for every brand; views are excluded. Shares are fractions: 0.25 means 25%. Missing measurements or a zero denominator produce null. See the comparison and formulas.

Can I measure whether AI answers mention my brand?

AI visibility is currently unavailable because no eligible answer engine is offered. You can inspect the API contract and plan prompt batches for free. The documented output includes per-probe answers, citations and brand appearance rates over completed runs; unavailable requests do not run probes. View the API contract.

Can I use Panorama with an AI agent through MCP?

Can I use Panorama without writing code?

Use Panorama Search to name a company, brand or product, choose platforms and explore discussions in the browser. You can filter the evidence, reopen saved research and export a CSV. What do I get if a source is unavailable?

A workflow can return the usable data from other sources, together with source outcomes and warnings identifying the gaps. Keep those alongside the records so your application can distinguish an incomplete collection from a source that returned no matches. Understand response coverage.

How do credits and partial results affect the price?

Panorama API uses your Monocrawl credit balance, with the current price listed for each endpoint. Search shows a maximum quote before you start. Partial-result adjustments depend on the workflow’s pricing contract; use the final receipt for the settled charge. Pending reconciliation means the charge is still unresolved.
