Yes. Paid subscribers can enable auto-reload in Billing, choose a credit pack, set the balance threshold and choose a monthly spending cap. It is off by default. The cap includes tax and resets on the 1st (UTC). Monthly credits are used before purchased credits. Auto-reload pauses if a payment needs attention; a purchase already in progress may finish after you turn it off. Normal rate limits and service availability still apply.

Purchased pack credits never expire. Free credits do not expire either. Subscription allowances reset each month, including with annual billing; unused subscription credits expire. Free and subscription credits are used before permanent purchased credits.

Requests pause until you add credits or your allowance resets. In Billing you can move to a larger plan, buy extra credits that never expire, or turn on auto-reload to buy your chosen pack before your balance runs out. Auto-reload is off by default and stays within a monthly limit you set.

Credit costs vary by endpoint. Choose your monthly calls and a usage type in the calculator to estimate a plan and cost per call. For more than the Business allowance, talk to us. Check endpoint pricing for the exact rate. Paginated routes charge per page fetched.

Errors cost 0 credits. Credits are reserved before a paid live request and refunded if it fails. Empty normalized pages cost 0 credits; their reservations are refunded automatically. Endpoint-specific zero-result refunds also remain free.

New accounts get 150 free credits to start. They don't expire and there's no monthly reset. No payment card is required.

Your plan sets how many requests the API can accept per minute and at the same time. These are maximums across your requests, not a guaranteed speed for every endpoint. Fresh-data requests also share source capacity with other customers, so individual endpoints may need slower pacing and retries. Higher paid tiers increase your API limits; buying extra credits does not. Monthly and annual billing have the same limits. See the request and concurrency limits for every plan.
