About

One dependable interface between public data and your software

Monocrawl exists because integrating social data shouldn't mean maintaining a zoo of scrapers — one per platform, each with its own auth, billing, response shape and failure modes.

The problem we removed

Social data was a stack of point solutions

Integration sprawl

Each platform means another vendor, another SDK, another response shape — and another thing that silently breaks on a Tuesday.

Billing sprawl

Five scrapers means five subscriptions, five dashboards and five invoices for what is, to your product, one feature.

Schema drift

A 200 response that changed shape is worse than an error. Most scraping vendors treat their output as an implementation detail.

Hungry agents

Monitors, evaluators and AI agents need fresh external data constantly — and they need it in a form they can rely on without a human checking.

Monocrawl collapses all of it into one key, one schema and one bill: GET /v1/{platform}/{endpoint} against any of 73 platforms live today, answered in the same envelope every time.

Principles

The rules the product is built to

01

One schema, everywhere

Every endpoint answers in the same envelope: author, computed metrics, platform extras. Learning the API once is the whole job.

02

Honest metering

Failed calls cost zero. Successful no-match results follow the documented endpoint price; any empty-result exception is endpoint-specific. The log shows every credit’s destination.

03

Docs are the product

Every endpoint documented with its real cost, live schema and runnable examples — because an API is only as good as its reference.

04

Stability as a contract

Breaking changes are versioned, never slipped into a Tuesday deploy. Your parser from launch week should still run.

05

Agents are first-class

A hosted MCP server and a one-read agent skill ship alongside the REST API — software consumers get the same front door as humans.

06

No lock-in

Pay-as-you-go credits that never expire, plans you can cancel in one click, export everything. We keep you by being useful, not by being difficult to leave.

How we work

Small team, short distance to the API

Monocrawl is built by a small, distributed team of engineers, researchers and operators. There's no support tier between you and the people who ship — mail goes to support@monocrawl.com(intended support address — this mailbox is not yet receiving mail).

We work against public data only — what platforms serve to a logged-out visitor — with provenance kept on every response. No private accounts, no credential harvesting, no dark patterns against user privacy.

Is the data public?+

Yes. Monocrawl reads what the platforms publicly serve — profiles, posts, comments, reviews. No credential harvesting, no private accounts, no circumvention of user privacy settings.

Who is behind Monocrawl?+

Monocrawl is a trading name of NTV LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. We keep the team roster off the website and let the product introduce itself — there is no support tier between you and the people who ship the API.

How is it priced?+

Per call. Buy one-time credit packs that never expire. Optional auto-recharge tops up your balance with a pack and monthly cap you choose. No new subscriptions. See pricing for the full ladder.

What happens when a platform changes?+

That’s the job. We absorb upstream churn behind the unified schema so your integration doesn’t notice — it’s the main thing you’re paying us to care about.
