Today’s Top Hits on Spotify
Recorded excerpt. One selected track from 50 returned playlist entries. Values may change; missing fields stay null.
The data
Spotify search can find artists, albums, tracks and playlists, but those results are starting points rather than complete catalogue records. Open a playlist to read its owner, track window and source-reported follower count; use track and album operations when you need their own metadata. Artist popularity and track play counts describe different measures, so keep them separate. The Today’s Top Hits example is a dated playlist response with one selected track shown here. Monocrawl returns public metadata as JSON for catalogue and editorial research; it does not deliver full audio streams or private listening history.
