Research & build
Creator research.
Beyond the bio.
Compare public profiles, recent content and performance across platforms to build evidence-backed creator shortlists.
Public data through the APINo card required
Fictional creators, accounts and metrics. No real creator is represented.
- Cross-platform profiles
- Recent performance, in context
- Data for your shortlist
Build the shortlist
Follower count is only the starting point.
Compare the audience, the recent record and the content itself. Shortlist the creators whose work fits your brief—not just the ones with the biggest number.
Research cost example
100 creators.
Three platforms.
One profile and one recent-content batch on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, plus a YouTube video-metrics batch.
100 creators × 7 requests = 700 requests.
Assumes known account identifiers and one returned batch per platform. Extra pages, lookups or detail requests cost more. A first batch may not contain ten usable posts; this is not a fixed-price research package.See endpoint pricesThe workflow

Sources and availability
Build with public profiles and recent content from YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Twitch profile data is also supported where available. Monocrawl supplies the data; your application brings the accounts together and builds the shortlist.
What to keep in mind
Public activity can help you judge content fit, but it does not prove audience demographics, follower authenticity or campaign results. Some posts have no public view count. Keep different formats and platforms separate when comparing performance.
Questions, answered
About creator research.
Can I research a creator across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram?
Yes. Collect public profiles and recent content through one API, then bring them together in your application. Confirm which accounts belong to the same creator. Adding follower counts across platforms does not give you a unique audience total.
Can I compare average views and engagement rates?
Yes. Calculate these from the public post-level data returned by each platform. The example uses ten recent posts and defines engagement as likes plus comments divided by views. Instagram photos may have no view count, and YouTube video metrics need a separate request. Missing fields should stay unknown, not become zeros.
Does Monocrawl detect fake followers or predict campaign results?
No. Public profiles and content help you assess relevance and recent performance, but do not establish follower authenticity, private audience demographics or likely sponsorship returns.
Is the shortlist a built-in campaign management tool?
No. The interactive shortlist on this page demonstrates what you can build with Monocrawl data. Use the API in your existing reporting or research workflow; it does not provide creator outreach, bookings or automatic cross-platform identity matching.
