Built for useful work

Make the data part
of your next decision.

Use a recent posting window to prepare a job shortlist. The form exposes filters directly, so no search URL is needed. Review each posting before assuming it is still open.

01

Research role demand

02

Prepare recruitment research

Export a focused vacancy shortlist for your team. Follow individual posting links when a role needs deeper investigation.

How it works

Choose the source.
Leave with the data.

Your setup stays in Monocrawl. Start with one run and review the result before doing more.

01

Choose what to collect

Open the template and complete Search terms. The form shows the supported settings.

02

Review the cost and run

Check the credit quote, then approve the request. A single run gives you a result to inspect before using a larger list.

03

Put the result to work

Return to the saved run, download your data, and bring it into the spreadsheet or workflow you already use.

One template. Three ways to use it.

Start small. Keep going when it’s useful.

Get data once

Run a single request for today’s research, a quick comparison or a one-off export.

What does this template collect?

The response contains the first page of matching jobs. It does not include applicants or a verified count of all positions at an employer.

No additional pages are fetched. A listing disappearing from search does not establish that it was filled. A blank location requests a worldwide search.

Each check saves the first page returned by the source. It does not fetch additional pages.

Can I run this as a monitor?

Yes. Choose Create a monitor to repeat the same request on a schedule. Review the creation fee, estimated check cost, delivery options and monthly credit cap before approving. Scheduling does not add automatic pagination or AI analysis.

Where are my results saved?

Dashboard scraper results are retained for 30 days within your 50 MB / 1,000-run allowance. Each saved result has a 2 MB compressed limit. Check its storage status and download data you need to keep longer.

Can I use this through an AI agent?

Yes. Connect your agent to Monocrawl through Integrations. Ask it to use the corresponding scraper, explain the settings and show the cost before running.
