The data

Trustpilot data,
ready to work with.

A Trustpilot score is a useful starting point, but a reputation report needs the business identity and the words behind it. Search for a company, resolve its Trustpilot record, then collect the review window available for that company. Keep the review date and source with each observation so your team can read what customers actually said. Category routes can help you find comparable businesses before you build a shortlist. Monocrawl returns these public records as JSON through one key. Review selection and pagination depend on the endpoint, so treat a response as an observed window rather than an entire review archive.

Is a TrustScore the same as an average star rating?

No. The business record can return a TrustScore and a rating summary as separate fields. Preserve the returned names and observation date instead of treating them as interchangeable.

Can I retrieve every review for a business?

The reviews operation returns the pages available through that route. Follow its documented continuation where supported; do not treat one response as a complete review history.

Can I compare businesses in a category?

Use category companies to assemble candidates, then inspect individual company records. Compare scores alongside review counts and the date each record was collected.

What Trustpilot operations can I use?

The catalogue shows 8 currently available operations with their individual prices. Open an endpoint for its accepted inputs, returned fields and limitations.

How much does the Trustpilot API cost?

Start with 150 free credits. Paid subscriptions start at $29 per month for 10,000 credits, before applicable tax. Each operation has its own price. Check the endpoint reference for variable charges. Compare plans

How do I authenticate requests?

Use your Monocrawl API key in the x-api-key header. The endpoint reference lists any additional inputs needed for the operation. Authentication guide

What request limits apply?

Limits depend on your Monocrawl plan. The Free account ceiling is 600 requests per minute and 50 simultaneous requests. Endpoint capacity and Free daily protections also apply; these ceilings do not guarantee source throughput. Read the limits guide

What should I know about Trustpilot coverage?

A company score and review window are source observations, not a complete reputation history. TrustScore and average star rating can be separate returned fields; keep their names and dates when comparing businesses.

Is Monocrawl affiliated with Trustpilot?

Monocrawl is an independent service. Third-party names identify data sources and do not imply a partnership or endorsement.
