Not from Trustpilot: its APIs come with the API module, which is included in Enterprise and an add-on on Premium, and its plans page lists no API access on the Free, Starter or Plus plans. For public data, most data APIs let you start free: Monocrawl gives 1,000 credits every month, Bright Data 5,000 records a month, Apify $5 of usage a month, Piloterr 500 credits, Outscraper 100 reviews a month and Wextractor a free trial.
Which Trustpilot plans include API access?
Trustpilot says its APIs are included in Enterprise, and Premium plans can use them with the API module add-on. The module comes in three tiers of 200,000, 1,000,000 or unlimited calls a year, and Enterprise includes tier 1. Premium starts from $799 a month per domain on Trustpilot’s US plans page, on a 12-month contract, and Trustpilot publishes no price for the add-on.
Can Trustpilot’s own API read other companies’ reviews?
Its Data Solutions API can: Trustpilot says it provides data for all business units, and its Insights API returns a business’s service reviews. Access starts with a waitlist, and no price is published. The API module on Premium and Enterprise plans is built for integrations with your own business.
Do I need a Trustpilot account to use a data API?
Not with Monocrawl: you send your Monocrawl API key and get public Trustpilot data back, with no Trustpilot login and no Trustpilot Business account. Trustpilot’s own API module needs a Trustpilot Business account with the module, and its Data Solutions API needs a place from the waitlist.
Which Trustpilot APIs return company replies?
Monocrawl, Apify, Bright Data and Wextractor list the company’s reply alongside each review. Trustpilot’s API module lets a business post replies to its own reviews.
Which Trustpilot APIs work with AI agents?
Monocrawl, Apify, Bright Data, Outscraper and Piloterr publish their own MCP servers, so assistants such as Claude or Cursor can call them directly.
Method
How we compared.
What’s includedTrustpilot’s two official routes, plus data APIs that list Trustpilot-specific endpoints or scrapers on their own pages, publish their pricing or offer a trial, and come up across Trustpilot API searches and comparison lists.
What we comparedWhat each vendor publishes about its Trustpilot data, pricing, free allowance and access, read on its own pages. “Best” here means worth comparing, not a ranking from tests: we have not run their APIs.
