An Austin home in Zillow sale search
Recorded excerpt. Values may change; missing fields stay null.
The data
A Zillow sale search returns a window of homes for a location; a property lookup opens one address for its own status, rooms, area and photographs. Sold-search results answer a different question and should not be mixed with current asking prices. The Austin example shown here is a recorded three-bedroom sale-search result, with an exterior photo from that same listing. Its FOR_SALE flag and displayed amount describe that observation, not today’s inventory or a completed transaction. Monocrawl returns the supported public property fields as JSON so your shortlist can keep the address, source link and collection date with each comparison.

An asking price and FOR_SALE status are dated source observations, not a completed transaction or guarantee of availability. Photo sets and search pages are returned windows; a missing record is not proof that a property does not exist.
