An Oxford home in Zoopla sale search
Recorded excerpt. One selected home from 25 returned sale listings. Values may change; missing fields stay null.
The data
Zoopla has separate sale and rental searches, and their amounts should never be mixed into one price column. Resolve an area, collect returned listings, then open a property for its own details and history. Sold prices and valuation estimates are further sources of context, not substitutes for a current asking price. The Oxford example is one two-bedroom home from a recorded sale-search window of 25 results; its image, address and displayed price came from that response. Monocrawl returns these public observations as JSON so property research can distinguish listings, transactions and estimates while preserving each source date.

A search page is a dated result window; listing status and asking price can change. A valuation estimate, listing price and recorded sale describe different things and must remain labelled separately.
